Se podría escribir un libro sobre esta cuestión y ese libro se resumiría en una frase: "usa tu sentido común"

Yo sólo quiero explicar un artilugio que a mí me ayuda en estos casos y que no se suele ver.

Por ahora, lo que más respeto me da en África es el tráfico. Son un poco inconscientes. Yo procuro evitar el peligro con un palo que me sirve para apoyar la bici y que tiene un trozo de tela vistosa en el extremo. Algunos comprenden el propósito de esa señal y otros, simplemente, no quieren rozar sus coches, pero lo cierto es que yo me siento más seguro.

I just want to explain a small thing that helps me and that is not usually seen.

By now, what makes me feel more afraid in Africa is the traffic. They are a little unconscious. I try to avoid danger with a stick that helps me to support the bike and that has a piece of colorful cloth tied the end. Some understand the purpose of that signal and others simply do not want to scratch their cars, but the truth is that I feel more secure.
